    Cost to Exhibit

    • AFS Corporate and Personal Members Early Bird$1,000 through November 25, 2025 | $1,150 after November 25, 2025.
    • AFS Non-Member Early Bird: $1,300 through November 25, 2025 | $1,525 after November 25, 2025.
    • Additional exhibitor pass pricing: $50 without Wednesday lunch, $85 including a Wednesday lunch ticket.

      *Two-booth discount - $50 off per booth. Contact headquarters for assistance.

      Booth registration includes two exhibitor badges and two Wednesday lunch tickets. Booths are 8' x 10' and come with 8' pipe and drape in the back and 3' pipe and drape on the sides.  There will be a 6' skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket at each exhibitor location. All booths have free wi-fi & electricity, and the event space is fully carpeted. 


      Important Information

      • Once exhibitor registrations are received and paid, exhibitors will be sent a map to select their booth space.
      • Room Block information coming soon.
      • Expo Hours:  Tuesday, February 3, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Wednesday, February 4, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  Set up Tuesday morning, beginning at 10:30 AM.  (No Expo on Friday.)
      • Tuesday afternoon: Expo opens at 2:00 PM. Free Beer and Appetizers in the Expo Hall from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
      • Wednesday Banquet & Keynote Speaker - Watch for details.
      • Exhibitors may invite up to 6 VIP Guests to attend the Expo on Tuesday, February 3rd.  The passes are intended for your customers and do not apply to exhibitor employees or vendor partners.  Watch for details.
      • Registration deadline: Friday, January 2, 2026

      Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booth cost shall be charged in the event of exhibitor cancellation 90 days (11/5/2025) or more prior to the move-in day.  No refunds are available for cancellations less than 60 days (12/5/ 2025) prior to move-in day.  All cancellation notices must be received in writing and may be submitted to AFS WI Headquarters, afswi@teamwi.com.
