Returning exhibitors have the first right of refusal for their booth from last year's Regional if registered by October 25, 2022. If you would prefer to change locations, you will be added to a waitlist and may choose from the remaining booths after October 25th. Refresh your memory; view last year's exhibitor map.
Booth registration includes two exhibitor badges and two Thursday lunch tickets. Booths are 8' deep x 10' wide, with 8' pipe and drape in the back and 3' pipe and drape on the sides. There will be a 6' skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket at each exhibitor location. All booths have free wi-fi access.

Thursday dinner tickets are sold separately: $75 ea.
Cancelation Policy: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booth cost shall be charged in the event of exhibitor cancellation 90 days (11/17/2022) or more prior to the move-in day. No refunds are available for cancellations less than 60 days (12/17/2022) prior to move-in day. All cancellation notices must be received in writing and may be submitted to AFS WI Headquarters, firstname.lastname@example.org.
