Booth registration includes two exhibitor badges and two Thursday lunch tickets. Booths are 8' deep x 10' wide, with 8' pipe and drape in the back and 3' pipe and drape on the sides.  There will be a 6' skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket at each exhibitor location. All booths will be equipped with electricity and will have access to free wi-fi.

Exhibitor Registration Cost:
  • AFS Corporate Members: Early Bird, through November 15, $825 [after November 15,  $1,050] 
  • AFS Personal Members: Early Bird, through November 15, $875 [after November 15,  $1,100] 
  • AFS Non-Members: Early Bird, through November 15, $1,075 [after November 15, $1,300]
  • Additional exhibitor badges: $75 each includes Thursday lunch ticket OR $50 without lunch.

*Two booth discount - $50 per booth. Contact headquarters for assistance.

Thursday dinner tickets sold separately: $65 each


Exhibitors will  be allowed to register up to 6 free VIP Guests for Wednesday's Expo, which includes a networking reception with complimentary beer & appetizers and a cash bar. Watch for more details.
